Accepting credit cards on invoice.
The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

I work in a customer service environment that takes credit card payments sometimes for six figure amounts. We do not charge a fee for this as it is considered a cost of doing business. You should consider that as well.

We added QB merchant credit card processing and then suddenly we can't process from the desktops. Our company doesn't provide portable devices for the employees. Without an EMV reader we are left vulnerable. I'm shocked Intuit didn't think it's customers would need this.

Payment options are up to the Company/Person who invoiced you, NOT INTUIT. Do you expect every store to accept every payment there is? Different payments cost them different amounts. It's ridiculous how this request has more votes than paying multiple invoices at once or allowing a customer portal when Intuit cannot force businesses to accept credit card payments.

I would like to use my debit card and have the payment come out immediately rather than to have to wait for the ACH payment to go through. It will definitely help me budget better.

For awhile it saved my credit card information, but for the past 3 or 4 payments it says that we are having trouble saving my credit card information and I have to re enter my info all over again. Would like to not have to do this each time and just have my info saved. Thanks, Alan Gratzer

Am I missing something? You can pay invoices online with credit cards... IF the biller has selected to do so. If there is no such option you need to ask the person or company billing you to enable that option. But they may have chosen not to do so because the fee is 2-3.5% while bank transfers are free or $0.50.

debit or credit card processes quicker than a checking account. I like to see the transaction go through immediately on my bank account.

Actually, without the credit card option, I may refuse to use this service again due to security considerations. Quick Books should absolutely take note of this concern...it's voiced repeatedly here by multiple people.
