Payment history please

If I enter an amount greater than the current invoice, it should send out a red flag to make sure that that's what I want to do, but it should allow me to pay multiple invoices at the same time.

This is urgently needed. Why be able to login, but not see past expenses paid???

I'll suggest a few product requirements for this feature - some must haves, some like-to-haves:

1. If someone sent an invoice to my email, I should see it on my 'Invoice History' list.
2. The Invoice History list should show, fo each invoice, Biller, Due Date, Amount, Paid/Open, and Which Bank Acct Paid It
3. I can view the invoice PDF by clicking on any invoice in the 'Invoice History' list.
4. I can select and pay any unpaid invoice in the 'Invoice History' list by clicking on the invoice.
5. For any invoice, I can pick a date in the future for the invoice to be paid.
6. For any invoice, I can Share it with someone I provide an email address for. If that person also have an Intuit account, it should show up on their 'Invoice History' list.
7. I can select multiple invoices from the 'Invoice History' list and download the PDFs for them all at the same time in a ZIP flle.
8. If I am a Quickbooks user as well, I can select multiple invoices and import them into my chosen Quickbooks company as documents (like receipts) that I can then create expenses or Bills for.

I could think of lots of other useful features. This is a nice two-sided problem to solve, and right now you're only really solving for the business owner. Much opportunity for you!!

I, too, would like to access payment history. This seems like it should be pretty basic.

I agree. I use quickbooks for daycare payments and need receipts over a time period to submit to my employer for reimbursement

Yes, put all charges for the month on a single invoice.

Would like to access my invoice statement.

I would love to be able access all my invoices online at once and be able to make one payment to cover however many invoices. Sometimes the invoices don't come until months later.

Coming up on three years for this one! And there are like 50 other separate threads of this same suggestion. Clearly Intuit doesn't care about this request.

Agree. I get 2 separate invoices each month from the same company and have to pay each separately. Would be nice if they are all on the same invoice so I only have to pay once.

I would also like to not have to enter my check information i.e. routing and checking account number every time I make a payment.

I would like to be able to pay for multiple months and add invoice numbers.
