  9. I am so sorry. This is the FIRST invoice I have received. I had no idea this wasn't paid.

    We bought a house and moved here permanently about two months ago. When we finish reno and are more settled I would like to come over and discuss deliveries.

  10. Better Email Timing

    Received first emailed invoice requesting payment on 26 Jan at 7:00am. Received second emailed invoice reminding me that you have not yet received my payment JUST TWO HOURS AND NINE MINUTES LATER!

    How. about sending the second notice at least a day later, not two hours later!
