I pay using bill pay and have to send it 3 times before it actually gets credited. Please fix this glitch?
Please fix the glitch in the system as I don't enjoy having to send payments multiple times before it is reflected as being paid

I was told by the merchant to type over the amount she had put in and my new amount would populate. Now I just overpaid by 1,000 dollars.

Doesn’t show what I’ve paid and what I haven’t
I’d like to see a breakdown of the months so I can see what I owe or if I forgot to pay a month.

better invoices
I wish that I could see all invoices from each vendor when I log in so that I can see what I have paid and what I haven't. Emails get lost too easily and sometimes you payments that you didn't even realize.

Move the login option higher so it's obvious
The login is tiny, so I searched all over for my account and routing number, then went to get my checkbook to add it in. I'm out of the country so it's lucky I had it. Then I saw I could log in to save the payment after I had done all of that. Then it took me to a new screen where I could easily populate all of that information...I didn't know that was possible till I got to the end.

Allow an auto deduction from my checking account.
I would like to have this automatically deducted monthly from my checking account rather than having to wait for an email and remember to pay it.

Your Error
Your Error msg when attempting to pay by credit card online is lame....it does not give any indication as to what the error is....and 'try again later' has no value. You should provide error info so that the problem can be addressed and corrected......try error codes!!! Frustrating and amateur software. My error experience was simply updating the expiration date on my credit card, but you provided no indication with your generic msg. 10 minutes wasted investigating this problem & correcting it. Not user-friendly.

the auto fill does not work on pc;
Should have google pay/ android pay/ pay pal as a payment option via mobile devices

it would help to send a reminder notice after 10 days, since my invoice comes between pay days

List all invoices for the log-ined email. That way it would be easier to pay them. Instead of having to go out and click the email for each,

Horrible application... it goes into a loop. I tried thru my Apple Iphone and my PC same results
Get a new apps.... very slow and no help online to help customers with issues.

Show history of past invoices outstanding. It's weird to get an an email saying $X is due but then the invoice says that $Y is due.
When the balance due != latest invoice, provide all of the related invoices or credits so that I can quickly verify that I'm paying the right amount. Otherwise I need to call the vendor for that info and it's extra time and work.
