  3. Allow to add additional charges to be paid at once, this only allowed one invoice to be paid

    Allow more than one invoice at at time to be paid.
    I was only allowed to submit one payment and needed to submit an additional payment

  4. After logging in Intuit it hung up for a long time, log in should be first

    Have log in first, then it won't hang up going to intuit

  9. Need a More Clear "Pay Here" Button. Otherwise this was terrific!!

    Make it crystal clear so there is no confusion on where to pay! "Pay Here" would fix it.

  11. Integrate paying an incoming QB invoice with QB desktop

    Unbelievable that your payment system does not integrate with your accounting software. Manually copying information from the invoice into QB desktop is a waste of time. Would rather write a check.

  15. Um... maybe allow your users to save a copy of the payment instead of forcing immediate printing only???

  18. It should have the payee company name it was very uncomfortable paying without a payee name

    It was uncomfortable and felt unprofessional having a numbered invoice at the website. The payee's name should appear on the invoice at the website. I almost didn't pay it and contacted the person (Company) that sent it to me.

  19. Ask customers to allow payment by credit card - the requirement to pay from a bank account requires too much time and effort on my end

  20. allow addition or subtraction of charges

    allow one to change the amount of payment, either for additional charges or removal of charges
