Set payments up from the Store web page. Sending an email to have to link to in order to pay for an ordered product really sux.
I ordered this product on the 5th, and only discovered today that you required finding an email link to process the payment. ...I do a load of online shopping, and have never experienced this before. This shipment was urgent, and this needless delay was very maddening!

don't lock up
I clicked the "review and pay" in my accountant's email. I filled in my credit card info. Then saw the "sign in to save your info" so I clicked "Create an Account". This gave me a popup saying asking for email and phone. I typed in my email and it said that ID was taken. Remembering I already have an account, I click on the "sign in" link on that create form. I signed in. It gave me a note box at the top of the page telling me I was singed in should click the next button. The screen…

Make Batch payments possible
Make statements have the link to pay entire balances. Now I have a dozen invoices to pay, and I have to pay them one at a time.

First off yr sign is a joke, it never can remember my password so I have to read create one every time and then it still won’t take the pass

Explanatory Text
Three times when I tried to pay a black explanatory window opened up directly on top of the boxes for card expiration date and security code, the explanation was for the security code. No matter what I tried it wouldn't go away so I had to refresh the page. Doing so meant that I again had to enter the card number. Very annoying! You must make that explanation open only when a customer wants to see it, not when your system wants to show it!!
