The payment receipt looks very unprofessional; we expect more from Quickbooks
The payment receipt looks very unprofessional.
The receipt should show the vendors logo, address, etc.
As a business, we expect much more from QuickBooks.

Move back to previous invoice view.
I don't print a receipt, I simply download the invoice with PAID printed across it. With the new portal, once you pay it takes you to a receipt screen and the invoice disappears. You can't even go back to find the invoice. PLEASE undo this change.

needs to be able add notes/terms & such to the invoice while making payments
there should be a space specific on this e/invoice to make detailed notes of completing new updates & such on the add on & so forth based on terms of payment as new understanding ,issues, conditions ,concerns rise /adds to project & apply to payment ..so it be like a reconfirming the blanks /adds on ,on the original contract at the time of payment

Print name of student on receipt!
My company will not accept a receipt that does not have the name of the student printed on it. It appears I'm using the money for myself.

The receipt does not include what I paid for (a one month rental on a specific apartment) and printing got me a blank page.
Receipt should include what was paid for.

Invoices should have Payee Address for Tax-Flexible Spending Acct Purposes
Your Printable Paid Invoices are not complete if they do not have the Recipients full Business Name, Address, etc. The receipt looks very unprofessional so Businesses should be able to put in their info and have Quick Books make a more professional receipt that will serve for Tax purposes and for Flexible Spending Account reimbursements which require the Business name, address etc.

Paying a percentage of the invoice
I needed to pay a percentage of an invoice but I had to manually calculate the amount. Would be great to select a % and it calculates it for me instead of having to use a calculator outside of the invoice.

I would rather you keep my card on file and just send me the paid invoice. That's how I do it with other vendors and it's awesome.

Improve sign-in and invoice payment
The sign in doesn't work smoothly. I am asked to sign in twice - once when I open the invoice and then again when I try to pay it. Often it tells me my sign in is wrong. I've had to change my password many times because of what seems like a problem at Intuit. Sometimes it only allows me to pay by directly accessing my bank account. Other times it permits use of a credit card which I prefer by far for online transactions. My data has never been saved, so I have to reenter each time. Believe it…

If one payment was missed, have the option of updating the payment account to include past payment rather than two separate invoices
I would like to be able to update the payment amount on the occasion that I have missed a payment so I can get up to date. As it stands now I have to make two separate payments

check number, Po number, or Job number field to help tracking and prevent fraud
including payment field allows tracking by payee, and in some cases would prevent fraud as payee could be acknowledging 'job number' on entry

The default payment option should be the existing account, if there is one. Just enter password to access.
Where a customer has an existing account, make that a default option and just have them enter their password to access saved account info. The option should be to sign out and sign in to a different account or to add another payment option, not to have to sign in to the existing account each time.
