Along with name on the CC, have a “Reason for Charge” option; mostly for bookkeeping on the card holder’s end
I have to use my one CC for multiple businesses with different names; having an option to list the specific business I’m using the charge for will save me time & leg work.

Display 0.00 value instead of empty
For current form customization, if the value is 0 (e.g. discount). it will show empty instead of 0.00
Hopefully it can show 0.00.

Please add "Account Number" field for customer edit box. I want to create account numbers for my customers so they can reference it when pay
Please add "Account Number" field for customer edit box. I want to create account numbers for my customers so they can reference it when they pay via their bank billpay or their own checks. A lot of customers have called and complained about this. It should be standard on the customer edit tab, so it automatically populates when sending invoices to them, just like their name and address populate.

Fix bug in totals
Invoice was for $2575, but total showed as $25,755.00. I was able to modify but as payer it reduced my trust that transferred amount would be correct.

Font greys out on Paid invoice receipt- I need to visible to my customer. can I customize the receipt template?

Fix your credit card entry form
Your HTML form used to be able to work with Chrome auto-fill. Not any more. I have to retype name and expiration date. Please fix this.

Dont remember
Don't have it remember your previously typed number. Mine had some random number in it (which I thought was my previously entered account number) and it turned out to be some other stupid number... Which resulted in my payment being late and I incurred a fee. Quickbooks should have paid this fee, since it was their program that fucked up!

Don't clear data on login
I filled in the form, then saw I could sign in to make it easier next time. I already have QB account, so I signed in – boom my form and all the bank info was cleared and I had to re-enter it all.

Font Siz & Box Size
Make box for numbers larger. Dyslexic must look back and forth -- and lose place. Small numbers and small letters make it very difficult and frustrating for dyslexics, and probably anyone with vision problems.
