Bad Service
I was trying to pay by debit card and you gave me an error saying "Please input a valid CREDIT card". I had clearly selected the debit card option. If I get charged extra I would like a refund.

Get a entry window for my credit card that doesn't keep ******* with it as I correct a mistyping.
Obnoxious form. And if you have problems with inout formatting, give examples, ********.

Toggle between payment type
The information for debit card is formatted the same as for a credit card. Users should be able to toggle to the Credit Card tab without consequence and with preserved information. I entered my information into the Debit Card tab then realized I should have used Credit Card. User error, yes, but the formats are identical. I noted that when I toggled to Credit Card, not only was my information completely wiped, but I checked and saw the Debit Card tab still contained this info. I re-entered the page and started over. This could have been a simpler process.

Invoices
Include the service address. Also, do not put treated inside and outside if you only treated outside. Include return date if returning 2 weeks later for a second spray.

Timely payment
After pickup, send the pay invoice along with the order invoice. I didn't receive my pay incoixe intil Saturday, and i pick up on Wednesday. At that time it's titled "reminder to pay", i would have paid if I had the pay invoice to log on and pay.

PLEASE use a larger font in the document. Even printing 115 larger hard to read.
There is a limit to how much viewers can enlarge font. Not much we can do with PDF. Tis MUCH easier to reduce size for printing but printed the way it is -- very difficult to read.

Include week quantity, the invoice and receipt are incorrect and do not reflect the amount of weeks billed.
Include total week quantity on the invoice and receipt. The current documents do not reflect the total amount of weeks billed/paid. Another solution would be to move to a more traditional monthly billing process rather than every four weeks so that customers can schedule payments at the same time every month with other monthly bills like home, auto, and utilities. This would also allow for 12 payments per year rather than the 13 customers currently pay. Thank you.

include the invoicer in the filename of the downloaded invoice
Have "Aquatech invoice 12345" instead of just "Invoice 12345" as the filename.

Add the person's name on the invoice of who the S-Psymetric Test was run for
Can the name of the person that the test was run for be added to the Invoice? It is difficult to match records without a name.
