The list of types of accounts is incomplete. There are investment accounts with cash balances etc. There needs to be explanation of how to figure out what type of account you are transferring from. Also, for transfer from trust accounts, do you enter the name of the beneficiary, the name of the trusttee, or the account name?

Offer a place to explain the overpayment for overbrook Gardens Homeowners Association
Offer a place to explain what the overpayment is for. Is it for the $25 extra to become a Patron Member? Is it for the $25 extra for the boat ramp? Or is it for another amount which the customer might want to explain in more detail?

Data Entry Form
I entered all my credit card data, and then noticed that I needed to choose the "Credit Card" tab at the top of the form (the default was "Debit Card"). But when I chose the Credit Card tab, all the data I just entered for my credit card was wiped out and I had to re-enter it. So my suggestion is that the data not be wiped out when a customer switches from one tab to the other (from a Debit Card to a Credit Card). This would save customers time and frustration. Thanks!

The place where you pay held my checking account number
My checking account number should not be listed when it asks for it to be typed in from a prior payment processing. I never authorized this information to be held, so it should not show up on a list of numbers that were previously typed in that drops down in that area.

Fix the CVV pop up box
The CVV pop up box isn't working when Google fills in my saved card info. The number gets entered into the last field you were in. I can still enter my name, card number, expiry date, CVV and ZIP code manually.

the rest of the world DOES NOT use 5 digit zip codes. Why do I have to invent a WORKAROUND?
Seriously. A 104 billion dollar company and you cannot work out how to prevent confusion when a customer enters a credit card payment and your form insists on a 5 digit ZIP code? My tone here is as a result of seeing how QBO/Intuit/Quickbooks has in the past failed to respond to suggestions.
Some organizations have an employee suggestion scheme (e.g. GM) where the suggestion earnt the employee a proportion of the savings the corporation earns from the improvement. Well here's mine.

Not everybody understands what all these stupid abbreviations mean. In your case it's the request for...what is it?...CVC code? The 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card. Do not assume everyone knows what that means. I didn't at first and there were no explanations and old people get pissy when the IT morons start assuming everybody is up to speed.

Change the web app for payment.
The web app has three tabs for payment: debit, credit, and bank account. I missed that because all I see are blanks that need to be filled out. So, I entered credit card info on the debit tab. Just use a radio button for the type of transfer between credit and debit. You can use the tab for the bank account because the information is different.

Refine receipts to match invoices
Format the receipt for payment the same way as the invoice, so that the vendor's business name appears on the same page as its address, email, phone number etc. Currently all that is at the top of a 2nd page, with a lot of empty white space before and after.
