the rest of the world DOES NOT use 5 digit zip codes. Why do I have to invent a WORKAROUND?
Seriously. A 104 billion dollar company and you cannot work out how to prevent confusion when a customer enters a credit card payment and your form insists on a 5 digit ZIP code? My tone here is as a result of seeing how QBO/Intuit/Quickbooks has in the past failed to respond to suggestions.
Some organizations have an employee suggestion scheme (e.g. GM) where the suggestion earnt the employee a proportion of the savings the corporation earns from the improvement. Well here's mine.
For my 3097 postcode, do I enter 03097? or 30970? So do I guess? Will it make my transaction fail? Do I have better things to worry about when trying to conduct business? Do I ring YOUR CUSTOMER, i.e. my supplier and ask them this question. Do they have to waste their time to find out A WORKAROUND ?
I have worked as a Quality Engineer for Ford, GM and Toyota so this is my qualified professional feedback. Please fix it FAST. Make yours a company worth dealing with.
