Put my name on the receipt so if I have to submit it for reimbursement, it shows who the payer was.

Don't clear data on login
I filled in the form, then saw I could sign in to make it easier next time. I already have QB account, so I signed in – boom my form and all the bank info was cleared and I had to re-enter it all.

Font Siz & Box Size
Make box for numbers larger. Dyslexic must look back and forth -- and lose place. Small numbers and small letters make it very difficult and frustrating for dyslexics, and probably anyone with vision problems.

Credit vs Debit
The Credit vs Debit payment should be more explicit. Currently, the option is made by selecting the correct "Tab"... but the tab looks like a section title that's underlined... and therefore, might be ignored.
I recommend changing the choices into explicit radio buttons or dropdown.

Identify purpose of Receipts for tax purposes
No where on the receipt does it say what exactly the payment is for. It may just say the school name but what at the school was paid for. For IRS and other purposes, this is very important. For payment mix ups, this is very important to be able to have proof that that particular payment for that particular time was paid at that particular amount.

Allow me to paste my account number into both fields.
Account number confirmation field should allow pasting. I don't understand what you are trying to prevent. If I'm copying from a password bank I'm less likely to make a mistake by pasting. Both fields have to match anyway, so if I paste into the first account field and the second one doesn't allow pasting, I'll just have to copy it manually from the first field. Not sure what you are trying to prevent - just more cumbersome for user. Great, simple interface otherwise!

Allow for Purchase Orders templates to be customized
Allow users the ability to customize their purchase order templates as is done for invoices. It's very annoying that there's no way to remove the "approved by" and "date" at the bottom of a purchase order. It makes no sense for my company to use this feature and even if we were fine to use it, there's no way to add an electronic signature to the purchase order making it extremely inefficient to add in the signature/date at the bottom.

It seems you told my browser to open a Google page. I *DO*NOT* want you sharing my financial data w Google. CAN IT!
When may payee's email sent me to the payment page, my network monitoring software indicated you were trying to open a link to Google. Most users wouldn't see this surreptitious link to Google so it is a REALLY SLIMY business tactic.
If you DO share info with Google, you should get an explicit opt-in from users, and only after describing what data you will let Google take from my transaction. This is the sort of deception that invites restrictive laws. I will cheer on those laws.

Don't make "charge card" the default
When a customer saves their payment information the next invoice produced automatically checks the "charge card" option. Three times now our sales people have accidentally charged a customer's card. That should be an opt in option, not opt out, or at the very least we should be able to choose in customize invoice.

enable save option
upgrade it to where i can download/ click and save! should have to jump through multiple hoops of,... printing waste paper to just scan it and save as a digital file .
