It may be best if total line be left blank so customer can place amount

Identify purpose of Receipts for tax purposes
No where on the receipt does it say what exactly the payment is for. It may just say the school name but what at the school was paid for. For IRS and other purposes, this is very important. For payment mix ups, this is very important to be able to have proof that that particular payment for that particular time was paid at that particular amount.

enable save option
upgrade it to where i can download/ click and save! should have to jump through multiple hoops of,... printing waste paper to just scan it and save as a digital file .

Put your Company info/logo at the top of the page so it looks like I'm paying you instead of quickbooks.
Your invoice looks like I'm paying Quickbooks. Format it so that It looks like I'm paying CustomLanyards4All.com - this is a terrible invoice/receipt!

Dont remember
Don't have it remember your previously typed number. Mine had some random number in it (which I thought was my previously entered account number) and it turned out to be some other stupid number... Which resulted in my payment being late and I incurred a fee. Quickbooks should have paid this fee, since it was their program that fucked up!

Load Faster
The form takes extremely long to load. It’s very inconvenient.

Payment not pre-populated
Do not pre populate the payment amount (at least for mobile use) OR require to hold and slide the payment bar button to process the payment. It is too easy to accidentally submit payment before you’re ready... which becomes a headache if you didn’t want to pay the invoice in full and now have to rely on the merchant to work with you to refund then re submit a payment.
