Credit/Debit Card Selection
It wasn't clear to me whether I was selecting "debit card" or "credit card" when I was making payment. And honestly, I didn't even notice the selection until after I'd hit the "Process My Payment" button. It led to a moment of panic. I hope your form defaults to credit card. Or else, you could ask customers to make that selection BEFORE they enter their card information.

Pay invoice using multiple cards
Add the ability for customers to pay online invoices using multiple payment methods. Meaning, a single invoice can be split using several different credit/debit cards and even ACH.

Whenever I click “save info” for future payment, info does not save and page clears and I have to input all info again
Auto payment or actually make “save info” work. Does not actually save payment info and must reenter checking acct numbers every time.

Send a payment due reminder closer to due date, not a month in advance.
Send the payment due reminder 3-7 days before the due date. Don't send the payment reminder 30 days prior to the due date--this makes it too easy to forget, especially since the reminder shows up as a minor email. When you have a small business, emails like this easily get lost within the sea of hundreds of other emails that you receive.

allow option that customer should pay credit card fee
as of now when adding payment option to a invoice there is 2 options credit card or bank transfer but credit card has a 3.4% charge what i think is to add another option to credit card that the customer should pay the 3.4% instead of us

Accept Payments via Venmo
Using Venmo allows for immediate payment and I never have to share my personal or business banking / credit card details. Therefore, I feel much safer.
