Have auto withdrawals without charging more. That’s how everyone else does. Ridiculous!!
Every bill I have is auto withdrawn from my bank account not using my card. And does not charge more to do that. That’s the way of world now. Can’t believe you don’t offer that. Much more secure and paid on time all the time. Easy for all. Ridiculous!!

Allow credit cards
I have to say this is my first time using using a Quik books option to pay and it’s a pain in the ass !
I do t say that lightly- to have a credit card option would be so much easier for The reason that our phones store our credit cards but not our bank account information .The other thing I’m mad about is I’m paying and I can’t get points on my credit card !

Fix website for use on phone, when I try to pay it just loads and loads
I have to log into(pull up) the quickbooks site to pay a bill, it would be nice if I could pull up the site on my phone and pay, but the bill only loads and loads on my iphone. I have to pull the site up on my laptop to access the bill pay info.

Wow, transaction processed without a confirmation screen! Beware!
Processing a transaction without a transaction screen is a customer service no-no and and will raise eyebrows of state and federal regulators. Streamlining is good, but you have gone too far by removing it. Think of how Amazon processes shopping cart payments. Good example. Two chances to correct errors before you take the money.

Include the name of the person who made the payment.
The name of the person who made the payment should be included on the downloaded printout. (for reimbursement purposes)

Sorry for the delay...life! If I sign up for quarterly payments when would the money come out? Also, do I need to call to set that up?

You could be up front at the beginning that using a credit card would incur a 3% fee for the customer.
Don't charge customers 3% for using their credit card. I use mine to EARN money, not to incur fees with it. Disappointed I was not told up front about the fee.

Is there way I can electronically "push" my payment to the merchant from my acct vs giving the merchant my banking info?
Have merchant provide their banking info and allow me, the customer, to send money to them
