As the owner of an adventure tourism company, TheDuneBuggyDubai.ae, we use QuickBooks Online to manage our financials — from customer bookings to vendor payments and monthly reporting.
We often need to give access to external auditors, board members, or executive partners who must review our financial reports and audit logs. However, there’s currently no “view-only” role that allows full visibility without edit access.
Just like the Accountant role, a view-only user role that includes full access to reports, activity logs, and dashboards (but with zero ability to edit) would be extremely useful. It would reduce risk while keeping stakeholders informed.
Please consider adding this feature. It would be a big help for small businesses like ours that need secure, transparent collaboration.
