    My bookkeeper did it by transaction, but they still show as reconciled in history. So now QBO support says to have my accountant undo the reconciliations. This is a huge time waste for her top do it manually and then have to have my accountant do it.

    I'm in the same boat. I can have my accountant do it, but it's ridiculous to give up this sort of functionality from Desktop. I thought I waited long enough to switch to QBO for it to be more functional than it is.
