Please implement this. It is absolutely critical! No point being able to create multiple templates for invoices if the email message on them has to be the same for all? At the same time, the 'message for customer' field should be able to be custom for all different form templates. If you have a different template for one type of invoice you should be able to have a custom message attached to one type of invoice.
