  1. Invoice template: "Message to customer" should be specific to that particular template and not update all invoice templates

    Depending on our client's level of service, and their staggered renewal dates, we need to have multiple invoice templates and a unique email message for each invoice type. The message to accompany the renewal invoice needs to be different from the standard invoice.

    We switched over to QuickBooks online 6 months ago and the functionality is not as strong as desktop. The sooner this can be corrected the better!!! Please advise when this will be available.
