Depending on our client's level of service, and their staggered renewal dates, we need to have multiple invoice templates and a unique email message for each invoice type. The message to accompany the renewal invoice needs to be different from the standard invoice.
We switched over to QuickBooks online 6 months ago and the functionality is not as strong as desktop. The sooner this can be corrected the better!!! Please advise when this will be available.Cynthia Walker supported this idea ·
