QuickBooks online plus full web version. You can edit invoice template and add up to 3 extra text boxes. I use these for P.O number and Vehicle reg number. If these don't show on the invoice I don't get paid. When you open Ipad or Iphone app to create an invoice these boxes are not available so I cannot create invoices through the apps. In addition, if you open previous invoices in the app that were created through the full web version it still doesn't show those text boxes.
I can't use the app versions so have to open through safari and use full version but this takes away the ability of getting a customer signature on the form.
