I’d like to provide feedback on my experience with QuickBooks Online support. Despite several attempts, I have not received effective solutions for my issues. This ongoing problem has been frustrating and has not been resolved to date.

Agree. Been emailed twice case was closed but neither issue was fixed. Support is terrible
