2. Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.

   My legal name has an apostrophe in it and isn't accepted in the payment process.

3. Give us a choice to pay a greater amount if needed.

   I owe more than one payment, and, I can't pay two whole payments at one time. I can pay over the amount, which could go towards my balance. That would really make it easier to catch up on what I owe.
