I used to really like QBX, but I really hate hate hate your online version and wish like hell I had'n't gotten it for a new business venture
Why the hell do I get to an invoice I paid for another company when I'm trying to get into MY BUSINESS quickbooks file. I really hate the online version and wish like hell I didn't get it.

Make the Apple Pay button work.
How about making the actual pay button work for Apple Pay? Brilliant right? No one ever thought of that before? 🤦♂️

Indicate where I want pymt applied.
For example, I cannot pay the total invoice. I would like to indicate where I want payment applied.

The page takes 100 years to load. Or just doesn’t. I don’t have 100 years to wait.
I’m about ready to give up using your system as it just will. not. load. I don’t know if you need to increase capacity on your server or what but I know it’s not my internet!

Actually show me the detail when I click on it instead of timing out.
make it so it actually works. at least 3 out of 4 times when I click to see/download details, all i get is a spinning wheel forever. this has been going on for more than a year. jeez folks, it doesn't get more basic than that.

Have customer pay credit card fees and have it show up in invoice.
This might be an incentive for them to pay using their bank account, which I’d prefer anyway because some credit card fees are $100+ per transaction. It really adds up! So when they click to use credit card, make them aware that they’ll also be paying 2.9% + $.25.

In the invoice email, show itemized list of all the products & services
Many of my customers are older and they want to see an itemized list right up front in the invoice email, rather than clicking around to find the pdf. It’s such a nice looking invoice pdf...I’d love to have it showcased more, especially since it tells the customer everything they’re paying for.
