Don't quote me 1 # then charge more when YOU are suppose to hand in the documents. And $5 to notarize? Your bank does it for free. People ruin my opinion of them over dumb stuff. I thought $185 was fair & enough . So thanks for tacking on the miniscule $15. It's been adding up enough everywhere

This merchant charge
This merchant charged me a 3% fee for using a CC to pay WITHOUT disclosing it before starting the work. They were late providing the invoice to me which held up my being reimbursed by my insurance provider. Additionally, since they charged more than my insurance adjuster allowed, it held up payment. They threatened late fees and interest charges if I didn't pay today leaving me no choice but to use a CC. I only wanted to send a partial payment. When I tried to edit the amount, the total amount got sent. I should have to review and approve anything before it is sent.

Don’t disable pastin
Don’t disable pasting in the “verify account number” field. People usually copy account numbers directly from their banking app.
This is just frustrating. Fine to keep the field, for those that do manually type, but allow paste! I also find the $25 “convenience fee” ridiculously high. Next time I’ll just ask for their account numbers and do a free ACH unless this is reduced reasonably.1 vote -

I have 2 invoices. Would be nice to pay them both at once AND would be even nicer if I could set it up on auto-pay. I pay the same amount each month.

As a quickbooks cust
As a quickbooks customer our selves, the online convenience fee of $25 is outrageous considering we pay by bank draft and not credit card.

So that I can have the funds ready when the invoice arrives, it would be nice to know how much it will be. If I don't have funds in the right account, it can take 2-3 days for the bank transfers.
