You won’t accept payment. I called my bank they said it’s your fault. I called customer service and the office is closed at 1:00pm on a Wednesday.

You need to show the
You need to show the merchant fees on the payment page rather than making people dig for it. I'm pretty upset and feel duped since I would have paid via check otherwise.

As a firm, I have mu
As a firm, I have multiple payment methods for various clients. When I go to pay a bill, I only see the last 4 of the account. I would like to see the account name on the payment screen when I am picking a card or a bank account, without having to "edit" to see the name.

When paying via Bank
When paying via Bank ACH or Venmo, the total should adjust accordingly and subtract the credit card processing via from the total amount due. Thank you

The screen to enter
The screen to enter the verification code goes away after the Text Mesage verification code is copied. Don’t loops back around to request another text verification code. Then the screen goes away once the verification code is received. Once again the screen to enter the now receives verification code has gone away. The cycle then repeats……

How come I didn't ha
How come I didn't have an option to not pay by credit card and charge me a 3% fee? Why did it automatically access the 3% and pay bill with no other option.

Why can't I paste my
Why can't I paste my account number both times? I copy it from my bank account; it seems absurd that you want me to then manually enter it and increase the risk of user error
