   PLEASE do what you say. I enter my bank info and click the "save info" so I will not have to enter my routing #, acct #, and so on AGAIN and when I come back to pay, I have to ENTER IT ALL OVER again.

20. Once the vendor sent

    Once the vendor sent us the "view and pay" link, this went very smoothly. However the payment link was only included in the "statement" PDFs and not in the "invoice" PDFs. Perhaps your software could include it in the invoice PDF generation as well.
