I am shocked by the
I am shocked by the $25 fee after paying the invoice. It was not clear there would be a fee for paying online especially with a bank transfer, not a credit card.

Online convenience fee is ridiculous. I already pay a monthly rate for Quickbooks, so why charge additional fees to existing customers?

Intuit would not let
Intuit would not let me use my cell phone to pay--said I needed to use different browser. I had to be home so I can use my desk top to pay. The auto pay needs to allow me to pay every three months, not every month.

Cumulative billing would make it much easier for me to know how much I actually owe and one transaction would be much easier (and cost the merchant less in fees)
