Jake, thank you for your prompt attention in fixing my water leak and the professionalism you and your crew displayed while performing the repair. Your crew members explained and showed me where the water line had been compromised and what had been done to repair it. You inspected and verified the repair was properly done and added a barricade around the open excavation until it was covered. Kudos to you and your crew!!!

Sending an invoice m
Sending an invoice marked "Over Due" or "Past Due" the instant you send it is rude. Paying an invoice in less than 24 hours is not past due. And this is not the way the software is set up as I get invoices from other vendors via QuickBooks with no such markings.

I have been trying for five days now to make my payment and it keeps saying that it can’t go through. I’ve contacted my bank several times and they say everything is good on their side so it must be something on the into it side.
