you used to have the
you used to have the receipt match the invoice when downloaded which included the company name. Now it is a zip that one has to unzip and has an invoice and receipt without the company name in the title. That just sucks!

No mail confirmation
No mail confirmation that my payment went through (yes, checked my spam folder- nothing!) and no information/alert or anything in my account either about a payment being processed. Asking a payer to doubleclick on a link in an email - to pay - is a strict no-no and it's amazing that Intuit gets away with this approach in this era - circa 2026 - of phishing and worse.

It took several time
It took several times of referring back to emails to attempt to pay, only to get the message "!Temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience while we fix this issue. Please try again later." This wasted a lot of my time.

I did not realize you were charging an "Online convenience fee" for using a bank account. Total BS. I will not use your service again. In the past such fees have only been for credit cards. Shame on you. From now on, I write checks.

I do not like QB's intrusive manner. I do not want to set up recurring payments - I do not want a wallet account. I have a QB Online subscription for my business bookkeeping and am tired of all the popups wanting to do my payroll or upgrade my subscription every time I am trying to work in the software.
