To put it bluntly, your system is AWFUL! It does not accept information that is 100% CORRECT and your system just sits there and DOESN'T TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!???
DUH! I just talked to the rep with the company that is using you and ALMOST EVERYONE is calling in with problems signing up! I had to click the last button to set up auto pay 4 TIMES BEFORE IT WOULD TAKE IT! This is ridiculous! I will NEVER voluntarily use your website ever again. Being forced to in this case!
