The bills are sent out 2 days after the previous bill is due. This is WAY TOO EARLY and causes confusion! It makes us think that we missed a payment or when it comes time for the bill to be due we have to search though tons of emails to find the invoice to pay it then. Please stop doing that and send it out at a more reasonable timeframe. 2 weeks is plenty of notice for the next bill due. Not practically a whole month in advance!
