I wish you WOULD share this with the merchant. I offered to pay the tech at the time of service, but he said "they will send an invoice". I had been waiting for the invoice to arrive for over a month. Three days ago a PAST DUE invoice arrived via USPS. I NEVER saw an original invoice. Then I noticed that the company employee left me a voicemail. I called, spoke with the rep ("Zenny") who left the voicemail. I apologized for the payment being late. She said I SHOULD HAVE seen the email. I informed her that for the past 30 years I had NEVER received an invoice via email from this company, and was not told to expect an email invoice. I informed her I would look, and if I could not find an email, I would send it via USPS. She replied a curt "Good" and hung up. I searched my email account and found it in the SPAM folder. I have now paid it. The process was easy- thank you, but the experience with the company rep was not.
