your courier in Mexico is terrible and has a bad customer service. its now the second time my shipment has been send back and this as a regular customer. They phoned me when I was in the shower and when I was unable to pick up the phone. I got back to the delivery guy 10 min later. Even when he showed he was online and available he never bothered to call back or to get back in touch with me. I contacted the office personally to update my address. They promised me the package would be deliver within the 2 days . Never got my package and in stead it has been send back to the USA. This is so incredibly frustrating !!!!
