The new Autopay option states "Turn on weekly autopay" even though the automatic invoice is set to an every 4 weeks cadence. The programmer missed adding the value field for the "every (X) weeks" field. Everyone thinks that they are getting scammed and that they will be charged the amount of the automatic invoice every week because it is missing that cadence information.
