You charged the wron
You charged the wrong account!!
This has happened twice now! I hate this system.
There is NO Option to charging a separate account.
It automatically defaults to the last payment. I pay three different invoices online and there ism nNO option to change bank accounts. View and Pay - well I can't view it. It automatically pays to the last bank account. Where is the Sure you want to sent this payment message? I could at least see it's the wrong account.
No support to deal with !!!
I don't have time to solve this crap.
