I could not submit payment using my work email address. It said my email was invalid. The hostname was klutch.software, eg myname@klutch.software. Totally valid. I had to use a personal email address with a different TLD. Very frustrating. Tried to get support but there were no options, I guess since I am not technically a Quickbooks user.
