The bill has a fee for credit card payments. I always use ACH, so then I have to do math, and make what you call a partial payment. Then the payee has to make an adjustment to my account, which is needless ledger work for him. When I choose "Bank" the credit card fee should disappear. It's just software, I know you can make this improvement.
