Wouldn’t let me see invoice. Don’t know ( remember) what I bought usually I can see my invoice,, but not always Also hard to manuver the “pay” screen , it won’t scroll down & let me go to next section to fill in . Very aggravating.

Let service businesses add an optional resource link after payment
I am suggesting a small optional field on the payment confirmation page: a resource link from the business, with a label the customer can understand. Keep the receipt and amount paid first, please.
For a yoga teacher billing for a class, it could point to a short practice guide. An example of the sort of page I mean is Ask Ayurveda's https://ask-ayurveda.com/articles/2159-yoga-for-stress-relief-poses-breathing-min-routine which covers poses, breathing and a 10-minute routine. The link doesnt belong in the payment instructions. Just below the receipt would be fine

Don't make it so dif
Don't make it so difficult to create an Intuit account. I have tried 4 times and failed b/c which of the accounts offered I should pick. (Quick Books or Turbo Tax, or the other one). Why not just offer an Intuit account? Or save payment details without a full account.

I was sent a bill or an invoice from this business with no summary of what I’m being charged for. No service was done for me so I’m not understanding the reason for a bill.

No way to cancel thi
No way to cancel this payment. I was unaware of a $25 convenience fee . That is a ripoff and it only showed after I completed the online payment. I will try to stop it at my bank Monday and pay the vendor via Zelle. RIPOFFF!

The only thing that went well was the use of QuickBooks billing. Cactus Fence & Construction were not capable of doing a straight forward residential fence and gate without many errors of workmanship and a total lack of detail.
