Joe or Trey , I need to know what this charge is for , like need a written explanation of the service done for me .
Your collecting payment system is very confusing to me, one day I receive an email with an amount to pay you , another day I received a text from 683-13 to pay my bill but didn’t say how much or what is for ? Another day I texted with Trey that’s another phone number 314 882-7919, I sent him a check $192.00 he said he got it , then I got another V.M . From 314-566-4077?
Which like I said it makes it very confusing to the point , I was late on one payment for fertilization back on who knows what month, cause I wasn’t told, I remember now, out off nowhere I got a text saying I owe $ 48.00 to somebody ???no name no item charged explained
So I texted back asking who was charging me and for what service ? No text back answering my questions, I assumed somebody was trying to scam me .So I didnt do anything about it .Then texting with Trey last week he said it was fertilization and I was late .
Like I said at the begging I’m very confused with your new association and your way of charging including all the ways used at same time (e mails, quick books, and phones numbers and different names of your Company.
