There's a button I have clicked on and it turns green and it says it's going to save all my info but it NEVER saves my info. It's a pain in the ass I have to pull out my purse get into my wallet and get my credit card out. Fill everything out once again! Ridiculous!

I wanted to auto pay & you keep making me jump many hoops. I gave you my email & you sent a code. Next you ask to send a 2nd code to my iPhone & I did it. 3rd time you asked for more information & I canceled the autopay.

For invoices, such as accommodation or tuition fees, it would also help to see a clear invoice summary on one page and get a confirmation receipt right after paying.
