Quickbooks isn't recognizing my location address in the system so sales tax isn't automatically calculating parish tax, it's only calculating state tax. I had to manually create a custom tax to collect for parish tax. After speaking with QB techs over 4 days, they determined that this was an internal error and issued a ticket to the engineers to fix the issue. It's been a month and it's still not fixed.
