You tell me i need the newest version of Firefox to view QuickBooks and I have the newest version. I still can't view it! Running OS 10.11.6
Upgrade your program to accept my already up to date Firefox browser.

Sorry Guys, they don't read comments and certainly don't follow up on any comment, they created the problem, why would you think they would know how to fix it?

Same issue here with Firefox; apparently somebody doesn't know how to check user agent strings properly. At the very least give us some kind of, "I accept the risk." so we can move along and make payments so the site is merely a pain rather than a blocker to paying customers' functionality.

Same thing for up-to-date Firefox running on Linux. Their browser checks are clearly broken.

I am having the same problem. Firefox ESR says up to date. When following install link, the operating system says the file cannot be installed. I believe that the link is corrupt and is trying to install a virus.

I am having the same issue on alternative (but up to date) browsers such as Pale Moon that used to work just a month or two ago and even Firefox ESR which is also up to date. Please use capabilities based checking instead of strict version based checking.
