Invoicing
When adding a customer, you are able to add the title, first name,last name etc as well as the Company name. I do not want the "title, first name, last name" showing on the invoice but need to enter this information so when I am emailing the invoice to the customer, first name/last name shows up in the body of the email by the "Dear" line

The cursor should automatically show up in the customer name box when creating an invoice. We should not have to click on the box to get the cursor to show up. Also, when entering a line item, we should not have to click on the item box twice to get it activated to record an item
