Editable Purchase Order Template
Dear QBO,
We have been Quickbooks clients for 22 years and find it baffling that we can't have an editable Purchase Order Template. We would like to be able to print the SKU field on our Purchase Orders.
Let's make QB great again!!!

An area for Terms & Conditions should be standard.

I have now talked about this issue with at least 3 tech QB online support personnel. Each time I have been told to report the issue via this link & QB software engineers monitor this & will make the correction. Since it was originally reported on January 6, 2020, is it really being read by the engineers? No priority there.

We have been asking for this for years. The Purchase Order is just as important as all the other customisable forms. Sending a PO to a supplier with unnecessary information such as 'Category' complicates matters and is unprofessional.

I also see it very important to edit a purchase order. I'd like to be able to remove the "Approved by" on the purchase order and be able to add additional custom fields that can be printed on the purchase order. Having only an option of 3 fields is not enough.

Hello, It seems a bit ridiculous that we can not customize the purchase order templete. We have some suppliers that require a digital signature as well. This means that I have to save the PO manually sign or digitally sign then send in a separate email as I can't send from quickbooks. I would love to see this added as we are now looking at other optionss for our accounting that will provide this feature.

May I add our request too? We want our company phone number in a custom field. And we want our Vendor email and phone number too. Seems not too difficult. You already create templates when you allow us to save recurring PO's.
