Make memo on a bill automatically be the memo on the check
Please automate check memos so that the memo on a bill automatically becomes the memo on the check used to pay the bill. Right now it can only be done manually, which is a huge pain.

This is one of several disappointments in our conversion from our server version of QB Enterprise over to QBO-Advanced. In the enterprise version, whatever not was entered in the memo field in processing the bill was also printed in the memo version during the bill payment and check disbursement process. When running a large weekly A/P process, it is ludicrous to expect to have to individually enter memo information again during the check printing process. This is a basic deficiency that needs to be fixed.

Hi, Memos do not appear on printed checks, even if i've filled it in before printing. -

I like a lot of things about quickbooks online, but it would save me a lot of time if the memo on the bill I enter also populated on the bill payment check. This field only prints if I create a check separate of my bill.

Yes, this is done in QB Desktop so please add it to QBO!
