    We just had this happen when a client attempted to pay online. Please advise on how this can be corrected.

    This same error has occurred 2x now with 2 different clients paying an invoice. very frustrating.

    My company has been having the same issue recently. We don't take AMEX and we thought this was coming from someone trying to enter an AMEX number, but now we're not so sure.
