  1. Add time period field to generate new invoice

    Need to send invoices to customer with period, eg Oct19-Mar20, hence QB to auto generate Jan-Mar as deferred income, pls add time frame field into invoice.

  2. Give the details of the work order. Otherwise it looks like hacking

    Provide the details of the work order problem and fix , the contact info and the property address; otherwise it doesn’t look legitimate and is likely to be deleted as a hacking attempt.

  3. First send an invoice with the order and send one via email.

    Problem solved by sending an invoice with the order. A packing slip is nice but does not have prices or shipping charges on it, which makes it difficult for retailers to price products for resale.
