Make a proper portal for large payments. I’m not jazzed at paying a bill through EMAIL. Not safe at all.
To “set up” payments over $500. shouldn’t be expected to be done through an EMAIL account.
This is completely new to me. It’s safety is questionable at the very least.
Of course everyone “likes” to use QuickBooks because it’s easy, but to expect tenants or customers to trust this manner of paying bills? Nope... It’s sketchy and there should be a better option.1 vote -
Pay from international bank account
Make it easier to pay using your overseas bank account, by asking for the international bank account details.

Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.
My legal name has an apostrophe in it and isn't accepted in the payment process.

The CVV code on credit cards are 3 digit and the form requires 4 digit code and I am having an issue with payment please update the software

Fail to Downgrade plan - Account Multicurrency" feature turned On
As a Quickbook customer, I feel unconfident to this trickery Terms to downgrade the account plan.
Unable to downgrade
You have "multicurrency" feature turned on in your current QuickBooks Essentials subscription plan. This feature can't be turned off, and is not supported in the QuickBooks Simple Start plan.
!! This message comes out if we downgrade our account, even though you do not need this service or function. I would be happy to have the freedom to delete functions which i dont wish to use.
I don't use multicurrency, So Quickbooks just restrict your own freedom to downgrade the account…

PAYMENT LINKS ARE NOT WORKING
I have been having this problem for weeks. There is no way to make partial or total payment for invoices

Add time period field to generate new invoice
Need to send invoices to customer with period, eg Oct19-Mar20, hence QB to auto generate Jan-Mar as deferred income, pls add time frame field into invoice.
