Add a QBO to QBO payment option
Make it easier for 2 users of the same platform make and receive direct payments to each other without pulling out a card to pay. If you both use the same product it should be easier to transact than working with a vendor outside of the network..

Numbers help
This is new and I don’t know what the touting # is and how many numbers are my account #s. When I go in I just give them the 1989000. Confusing for me. Thanks for closing that railing gap on the deck. It wasn’t safe for children before today. All three railing around the house look beautiful! 👍

Invoicing
When adding a customer, you are able to add the title, first name,last name etc as well as the Company name. I do not want the "title, first name, last name" showing on the invoice but need to enter this information so when I am emailing the invoice to the customer, first name/last name shows up in the body of the email by the "Dear" line

Help
I just signed up...then tried 4 or at times & an ERROR kept happening & I could not pay the bill!!! How about we get a USER FRIENDLY Site, so people can pay their bill easier!!

Your invoice is in error. $480 is not correct it should be 255 I am not sure why Cochran Landscaping can’t get the app together in addresses please call me as I will not pay until we get this satisfied

Make a proper portal for large payments. I’m not jazzed at paying a bill through EMAIL. Not safe at all.
To “set up” payments over $500. shouldn’t be expected to be done through an EMAIL account.
This is completely new to me. It’s safety is questionable at the very least.
Of course everyone “likes” to use QuickBooks because it’s easy, but to expect tenants or customers to trust this manner of paying bills? Nope... It’s sketchy and there should be a better option.1 vote -

Make it easier to pay using your overseas bank account, by asking for the international bank account details.
