Your payment schedul
Your payment scheduling feature does not work on my Apple iPad OS. Could not change the date at all. After repeated pecking on my screen, finally got the scheduling calendar to come up, but then I could not select a new payment date. Your IT department needs to go back to the drawing board

This program works for me 75% of the time. I still have trouble getting a printed Receipt or Invoice.

Why on earth is EFT
Why on earth is EFT the only way to pay this bill? :| That is completely antiquated and impractical, and added more than a week to the turnaround time (vs if I'd been able to use Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, ApplePay, GooglePay, or -- you know -- any of the many non-CC systems available for this. Ugh

This was the best pa
This was the best pay system that I have used. Several options how to pay. You can download the invoice and receipt if you want. I did have to tap the happy face a few times before it would highlight.
